At the heart of our mission is a commitment to providing you with unforgettable experiences on the water. As we prepare for our 154th season, we are faced with a global energy market that is presenting unique challenges. Due to ongoing supply constraints, diesel fuel costs have risen significantly and are projected to remain volatile through the summer months.
To ensure we can maintain the high standard of service and safety you expect from us, we are making adjustments to our pricing structure for tickets purchased on or after May 1.
Understanding the Changes
We’ve designed these updates to be as transparent as possible. Our goal is to cover rising external costs while improving our operational efficiency to keep base prices as accessible as possible.
1. Fuel Supplement
A flat fuel supplement of $2 will be applied to all individual tickets. This directly helps to offset the increased cost of the diesel required to keep our fleet in motion.
2. Planning Ahead for Efficiency
The most significant way you can help us stay efficient is by booking your tickets in advance. When we know who is joining us, we can staff accurately and provide stable, predictable schedules for our crew.
To reward those who help us plan, we are utilizing a tiered pricing model:

Book Early: Secure the Best Value Rate by booking more than 3 days in advance.

1–3 Days Before: Tickets purchased within this window include a $1 increase.

Same-Day Purchase: Tickets bought on the day of the cruise include a $2 increase.
New & Improved: More Flexibility for Your Plans
We know that life can be unpredictable. To make booking in advance even easier, we are updating our exchange policy to be more flexible than ever. Previously requiring 48 hours' notice, you can now exchange your tickets up to just 24 hours prior to your departure. We’ve cut our required notice time in half because we want your experience with us to be stress-free from the moment you book.
Note: If exchanging to a date with a higher price point, the price difference will apply.

Important Exemptions
We want to ensure our most loyal supporters and early planners are protected during this transition:

Season Pass Holders: Your 2026 Season Pass remains your "all-access" key. Season Pass holders are exempt from these supplements and tiered pricing adjustments.

Existing Purchases: Any tickets purchased prior to May 1 will not be subject to these new supplements or price increases, regardless of the date of the cruise.

Group & Charter Bookings: These changes apply only to individual ticket sales. Group bookings and private charters remain unaffected.
